Matt Silver
As president, Matt leads the team in building strong relationships, driving growth and innovation for clients, and fighting for creative work that will make a difference. Highly respected by his peers, he has a modern approach to business that brings together his expertise from his 15+ year career in strategy and technology. Over the last 5 years, he has been specifically engaged in delivering behavior- and belief-changing initiatives for his clients in the DTC and HCP space.
Daryl Somma DiSalvo
Daryl is infinitely interested in how people think, feel, and behave when it comes to their health. She leads a team of insatiably curious Brand, Experience, and Social Science strategists, who constantly grapple with questions that drive our understanding of why people behave the way they do and how brands can optimally respond in ever-changing environments. Daryl holds a master’s degree in International Public Health with a focus on Medical Anthropology and has over 15 years of experience in health research and strategy. In addition, Daryl is a lead author of McCann’s recent Truth Central study: The Truth About Doctors in the Time of COVID-19.
Stephanie Berman
A seasoned creative leader, Stephanie fosters a proactive, collaborative culture to drive boundary-breaking, change-making work across both consumer and HCP audiences. For the last 2 decades she has focused exclusively on health and wellness, with clients ranging from major pharmaceutical organizations to start-ups commercializing their first product to market. In 2021 Stephanie led her team to Agency of the Year wins at The One Show, Clio Health, The Creative Floor, and London International Awards.
Kathleen Gillooly
Unique to Kathleen’s business management background is her track record of bringing digital and analytics innovation to clients as one of our Client Business Leads. She has led many launches across categories, customer groups, markets, and competitive scenarios. Kathleen has been in pursuit of omnichannel excellence throughout, beginning with the emergence of attribution modeling to ROI-based engagement frameworks and the launch and organizational rollout of marketing automation platforms, and more recently, innovations in modern, data-rich segmentation approaches.
Paula van de Nes, MSc, PhD
Paula holds a doctorate in molecular cell biology in neuroscience and a master of science in biotech engineering. Paula blends her scientific knowledge of how the brain works with incisive marketing savvy in order to develop effective communications that will drive meaningful changes in people’s behavior and health. Prior to working in healthcare communications, Paula was a postdoctoral researcher, elucidating the molecular building blocks of long-term memory, and an adjunct professor, teaching anatomy and physiology of the human body.
Jonathan Schechter
Jonathan brings over 20 years’ experience in financial management for some of the biggest advertising agencies in NYC. He’s passionate about a true value-based partnership and establishing productive working relationships with clients, agency leaders, and account managers, demonstrating the ability to manage both the commercial and operational aspects of the business.
