Renée Mellas
Administrative Assistant. Account Executive. Leader. Entrepreneur. President. Group President. Renée has worn many hats over the course of her 30+ year career, but the thread that runs through it all is her competitive spirit and will to be the best. Renée has 3 core tenets to her management approach: we sell creativity; we do not have account services, we have account management; and we handle the client’s money as if it were our own. Renée is not only President of McCann Health NY, she’s a Group President responsible for AREA 23, AREA 23 on Hudson, FCB Toronto, and McCann Health Canada (with offices in Toronto and Montreal).
Tim Hawkey
In healthcare advertising, Tim Hawkey is known as many things—creative innovator, raconteur, relentless optimist, and just plain relentless (to name a few). And while no one person can be all things to all people, everyone who knows Tim can agree on one thing—there’s no one quite like him. As Chief Creative Officer of McCann Health NY, AREA 23, AREA 23 on Hudson, FCB Toronto, and McCann Health Canada, Tim isn’t shy about letting it be known that when it comes to healthcare advertising, so much more is possible. "Do what scares you," Tim espouses to his creative teams. He believes that a great creative idea should challenge the customer and clients alike, even if that means implementing a little shock and awe from time to time. "If they don't stop and notice you, then everything you're doing is just a waste of time."
Mike Lieberman
Mike is a strong believer that medical strategy is an essential part of agency product teams. His philosophy is incorporating scientific and clinical expertise into brand strategy can be the difference between a good and a great brand. Mike leads the medical strategy team. Drawing on launch and in-line experience across just about every disease state, Mike and his team use their mastery of data push the boundaries of what's possible when you understand how data can translate into business success in healthcare.
Jennifer Ma
Jen is an adventurer in life and in the opportunities this industry offers. She is steeped in over 17 years of hands-on project management, digital production, and global operations experience. She manages a team of 150+ project managers across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas, consumer markets, and innovation hubs. She specializes in building and executing fully scalable, integrated launch programs in the pharma space, and is always up for a good challenge.
Latifa Alladina
Latifa is a PharmD and an industry veteran with nearly 25 years of experience in healthcare advertising. She has been a part of the IPG Health family for 18 of those years, first starting her career at what is now FCB Cure, and then returning ‘home’ years later where she’s been for the past 8 years. Latifa is part of the Account Leadership team and brings with her a unique skillset – having spanned several roles through her career not only in Account Management but also in Medical Strategy and Brand Strategy. This has equipped her with the ability to view and approach her clients’ business challenges through a broad lens. Latifa’s time in the industry has allowed her to gain significant experience across a broad range of therapeutic categories – both specialty and mass market – and across all stages of product lifecycles. She’s worked on challenger brands, blockbuster brands, first-in-category, and first-to-market brands in both US and ex-US markets, and across both HCP and DTC customers.
Becky Yan
Becky has been immersed in pharma advertising her entire career. She has a proven track record of pushing client and agency teams alike to optimize efforts for success. She began her career in traffic carting folders (yes folders) from desk to desk at what is now FCB CURE. She quickly transitioned to account management where she worked at both traditional AORs and digitally focused agencies until she landed back at IPG Health in 2014. Becky continued in account management, partnering closely with clients and creatives across 10+ brands and new business efforts. Becky’s deep, diverse background enabled her to seamlessly shift her focus to agency operations, expanding her partnership with creative leads to maximize efforts and efficiency across the agency.
Felipe Munhoz
Everyone who knows Felipe (Fe-LEE-pe) knows his passion for ideas, and their power to build brands and change people’s lives. That’s what has been driving Felipe’s 20+ years career. His leadership (and ideas) helped to build and launch brands and campaigns for clients in every possible industry (from hardware stores to oncology) and formats (from 3D printing and VR to books printed in toilet paper). During all this year, he has been recognized by most of the existing award shows (including #1 US Art Director in US by Lüerzer’s Archive Magazine). Even so, you will still find Felipe spending most of the days side by side with his teams, brainstorming and collaborating with them because he firmly believes you are as good as your next idea.
Scott Caristo
With deep experience in both senior account management and strategic planning roles, Scott has led collaborative, cross-functional communications teams to build some of the world’s biggest power brands. From the CPG space to complex and fully integrated DTC/HCP businesses, his focus is on building and leading high-performing teams that drive strong client engagement and agency output. As one of our senior Client Business Lead, he currently heads up one of IPG Health’s largest fully integrated accounts out of McCann Health NY.
